Karyn, Mike, Brandon, Tracy,
I want to thank you so much for such a positive swim experience. I had heard of your school when you were running out of your home pool and knew I would love it. AT the time, the summer slipped away and I just waited for the following season. Then I heard of the new facility. WOW, what a success for you guys and just a wonderful layout for a swim school. The whole atmosphere feels warm, inviting, and clean.
Tracy and Brandon - what can I say! I have been nothing but impressed with your talent and love of kids. Andrew and Emily can't wait to get in the pool each lesson. Drew practically brings tears to my eyes ( when I have the chance to watch him ) when I see his progress. It is great to know that he is pretty much pool safe, of course he will always be watched carefully near the water, but I feel he could probably get out of the water if he ever fell in.Emily - she has learned to respect the water which is HUGE! she is my little fish! I loved watching Emily jump to you with full confidence, even when she landed on her tush! She looked forward to her high fives and a spin to follow! Something about that ceiling is just too fun! I can't wait to see a safety circle from her as she gets old enough. But her smile and baby steps towards swimming are amazing. Thank you both for your time and commitment. My kids love you both dearly.
Mike - It was great starting lessons with you and now continuing with you has been wonderful. Emily must remember you since she went right to you. She didn't do that during Tracy's only absence. Emily chose not to swim too much that evening. I worried switching would make Emily take some steps backwards, but your natural talent and comfort made for a smooth transition. I think it has actually given her a little spark to start working harder again. I love seeing the polar bear arms and just her independence in the pool grow.
Karyn - Thanks for making the schedule happen. I know how crazy busy the business took off and you still made it happen. You guys have truly made a comfy environment that just radiates dedication to and love of swimming.
Front Desk Crew - Thanks for putting up with me during scheduling time! and of course, thank you for the for the sweet greetings each and every time we come to class. Your hard work is appreciated.
Thanks,
Kim and Mark Otero (and of course, Drew and Emily)
I simply can't say enough Great things about Floaties. We have been part of the "Floaties Family" for many years. Over these years I have consistently seen them do everything they can to meet the needs of the customers they serve, no matter the issue.
Both of my kids participated in the first swim meet for the Floaties Triton Swim Team. Thank you Mr. Mike, Ms. Nicole, and Ms. Karyn for all the skills and encouragement you give to them each time they swim. They both respect all of you and the program you have developed.
Mr. Mike was my daughters' first swim teacher -- she is now 5 years old -- and to have him there as she got out of the pool to get her first 1st place ribbon in 25 freestyle -- I even caught him with a tear in his eye!
My 9 year old also learned his strokes from Mr. Mike and Ms. Nicole -- he is a fish now -- and dreams of being in the Olympics. The Strokes Class was such a wonderful addition to the program. Added a perfect element for the older kids.
As a parent - the most important thing is that my kids are water safe - enjoy what they are doing, and are surrounded by people who have their best interests at heart-- that is what you get from Floaties. This is a caring school based on a passion for water safety. The strokes class motto of "practice doesn't make perfect; perfect practice makes perfect" helps the older kids achieve their goals.

Although I'm very much looking forward to go to Germany we can't wait to come back and have our swim lessons again. Every time I see how much fun my girls have with their teachers and how respectful and helpful the ladies at the front desk are it confirms that we are in good hands :)
Thanks a lot,
Farangis
Hi Karyn,
I just wanted to personally drop an email regarding Miss Christine. We have been at Floaties for 3 yrs (crazy!). We have had 4 teachers in this time and I have watched many of your teachers. This email is not to speak poorly of the other teachers (including the ones we have had) but to speak very highly of Miss Christine.
Christine is punctual, kind, patient and respectful of time. Her voice and body language never sounds annoyed or impatient if a child doesn't get the stroke down. She is not over encouraging; what I mean is that if the stroke isn't perfect she doesn't praise it but encourages the child to do better next time. She has the 3 students very organized and I never feel that one child is getting more instruction time than any other. When dealing with parents during class time she is pithy because she knows there are 3 students and only 30 minutes! I totally appreciate that.
Miss Christine embodies what a teacher is. I am very grateful that my son has her as his swim teacher.
Thanks,
Amie
Dear Floaties Swim School-
We would like to take the time to thank you for helping our daughter learn water safety and how to swim. It has been over a year since out daughter has begun her lessons at your school and we would not be more pleased with her progress!
We need to give a HUGE thank you to Tracy, who has worked with Jolie the entire time. Thanks to Tracy love for water and teaching children, Jolie’s confidence in herself and swimming has blossomed. Tracy’s teaching style being so patient, calm, and nurturing has made it easy for our daughter to feel comfortable in the water and build trust with Tracy. Jolie always looks forward to her lessons with Tracy. Here constructive feedback at the end of the class is much appreciated and helps us as parents to work with Jolie outside of Floaties. Still in the November, Jolie wants to swim at our outdoor poll because of her love for the water. Even indoors, she mimic’s Tracy by teaching her dolls how to swim. Apparently, Tracy uses a lot of positive reinforcement because that is all we hear from Jolie’s mouth when she teachers her dolls. THANK YOU TRACY!!
We are impresses with the customer service at the front desk. They always take the time to answer questions and assist with any scheduling concerns. We want to say thank you to Rachel, who always goes out of her way by greeting Jolie by her name when we walk thru the front door. What toddler does not feel extra special when an adult knows their name and of course a smiling toddle leads to a happy parent (customer)!
Finally, we want to thank the owners for running a fine business that retains such highly trained and talented teachers and staff. It has been so nice to have Tracy as Jolie’s teacher for over a year and we are confident this consistency played a key role in her progression. Thank you for your support to the military families. It is great to patronize a business that supports your loved one defending our country’s freedom. While the active duty parent may not always be home, it is nice that the child has a consistent routine of going to swim lessons and leaving the lessons as proud, smiley, wet fish! While Jolie is far from being a safe and competent swimmer, we thank Floaties for all that you have done. We look forward to watching Jolie progress at your school
Sincerely,
Tom and Kayleen
Our three year old son Ian was at a party last week when he fell into the swimming pool. Instead of panicking and possibly drowning, Ian was able to remain calm and remember what he needed to do to save himself. He put his head down and swam to the side of the pool and got out all by himself. You truly saved my son's life.
Always grateful,
The Kelly Family
