Floaties Swim School is a family-owned swim school with two locations in San Diego County (and more on the way!). We are looking for team members that want to make a difference and are looking for stable employment, in a carefree environment, with other like-minded individuals. Our team is made up of people from all different backgrounds and skill sets – you don’t have to know how to swim to be an awesome swim instructor!
We provide paid training on site and ongoing education opportunities. Those with previous swim experience should mention that in their application since you may qualify to teach our more advanced classes.

Our hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 8PM and Saturdays from 7AM to 2PM. We are always closed on Sundays. 🙂

Floaties Swim School is a family-owned and operated, fully equipped swim facility that opened in the San Diego community in 2008 with the goal of offering individuals of all ages and abilities the opportunity to learn, improve and excel in the sport of swimming. Because we believe that having the ability to swim and feel at ease in the water is a liberating life skill that can open up a world of opportunities, including water sports and recreation, Floaties Swim School is committed to offering a wide range of swim classes from the very beginner level all the way up to competitive strokes. Floaties Swim School provides swim lessons for infants, children and adults in a clean, safe and comfortable indoor environment, where our number one goal is to establish rapport and trust, while simultaneously challenging our students to learn new skills. Our swim lessons are taught in small groups with a qualified and professional instructor who can provide feedback, offer encouragement, and give extra personal assistance when needed. For many of our families, the Floaties facility has become a home away from home, where they come not only for swim lessons, but also for special events like Kid’s Night Out and to celebrate birthday parties. Our friendly staff and knowledgeable instructors help make these events entertaining and interactive, allowing your children the opportunity to get some exercise, burn off some energy, and experience the joy of swimming. At Floaties Swim School, we take our job very seriously, knowing you are entrusting us with the safety and well-being of your family and we are excited to be a part of your journey into world of swimming.
